Calling all people who are drained, do way too much and need a breather.  Do you long to reconnect with yourself and what matters most?

What if your own lack of energy was actually a message from your body? Is it possible that your body is trying to tell you something? Maybe it's saying, “hey, this all-out sprint that you’re up to isn’t actually working for me” or “you know, I’m pretty tired… how about balancing your insanely active lifestyle with some solid rest and relaxation?”

The good news is that we can choose to pause. It is possible to nurture a more balanced relationship with ourselves, and this weekend retreat is one path toward improved vitality in our bodies—one that will actually serve our long-term health. This weekend retreat is not about magnifying our capacity to exhaust and deplete our systems. It is about honing a natural sense of inner alignment so that we can feel more vibrantly alive and inspired. It is about honoring our bodies while listening to, trusting, and following our hearts. It is about learning to refine our food choices, our practices, our very way of life, to more fully support the whole of who we are. It is about living in harmony with the seasons, and the broader cycles of nature. This weekend journey may surprise you. You may find yourself wanting to be more intentional about where you spend your newfound energy; you may even find that you want nothing more than to conserve it—for yourself, for the future, for the sake of a more sane and enjoyable existence. With this abundance of energy, you may find all of your relationships blossoming from your ability to offer more love and presence.

In this weekend retreat, we will explore yogic and ayurvedic practices to bring more balance, peace, and energy into our lives. We will dive deeply into the five points of yoga which are a foundation for healthy living and promoting overall wellbeing. These five points are proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, and positive thinking and meditation.
