Gray Bear Fall Retreat 2017 – Coming Back to Our Roots
October 6-8, 2017
Personal time. Yes, personal time - time to deeply relax, unwind, realign, heal, and rejuvenate. A weekend of solid rest and relaxation with a strong, loving and supportive community. This may be a foreign concept for you, but trust that your sense of curiosity is guiding you to carve new pathways to a more natural state of inner alignment so that you feel more vibrantly alive and inspired. To rest in stillness, completely content and remember who we truly are at the core of our being.
This fall, I invite you rearrange your hectic schedule, take a deep breath, and accept that you are allowed to have such a moment. It is so important to recharge our internal batteries in order to embrace each day with awareness and the fullness of whatever may come our way. This retreat will focus on strengthening your relationship with your inner truth and beauty, while harnessing your creative force to manifest a more peaceful, positive, vibrant, abundant YOU.
In this weekend retreat, we will learn how to refine our food choices, our practices, our very way of life, to help support the whole of who we are. We will explore yogic and ayurvedic practices, self-care, intention setting, meditation as well as experiencing the power of just being in nature.
May this time away help you embrace your next steps in life with an open heart, and relaxed state of mind - recharged and replenished!
